Our Delivery Diaries – Three Perspectives. One Mission: Better Project Delivery

Over the years, my fellow Project Manager and I have had the opportunity to work on software projects across different technologies, business domains, and delivery environments. While every project has been unique, one thing has remained constant—each has taught us something valuable about successful project delivery.

With My Delivery Diaries, we are starting a series of short posts to share real experiences from our project management journey. These are not success stories or technical tutorials. They are practical lessons drawn from situations that challenged assumptions, influenced decisions, and shaped the way we approach software delivery.

Our objective is simple—to initiate meaningful conversations around project management and its intricacies by sharing experiences that many delivery teams may have encountered but rarely discuss openly.
